I'm running for Dementia UK

I'm taking on a 30 day running challenge and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Thank you!

30 Days of Running for Dementia – For Lillian

Sunday 31st May

Hi everyone!

I’ve decided to take on a 30-day running challenge to raise money for dementia, a cause that is very important to me.

My great grandma, Lillian Arrands, lived with dementia, and seeing the impact it had on her and those around her showed me just how devastating this condition can be. I wanted to do something meaningful in her memory while helping to raise awareness and funds for people and families affected by dementia today.

Over the next 30 days, I’ll be challenging myself to run every day. Every donation, no matter the amount, will help support important dementia research and services.

Thank you so much for your support. Whether you donate or simply share my page, it means a lot to me and helps keep my great grandma Lillian’s memory alive.

Amanda 💙
