How do I sign up?
To sign up for the challenge, register for your FREE running buff. Simply select the distance you want to complete and the date when you want to start your 30-Day Run Challenge.
When you register, your fundraising page will be automatically created for you.
Where and when is the challenge?
This is a virtual challenge, so you can do it whenever and wherever it suits you. Do it in your local area, park or gym – or try some new routes further afield. Take part on your own, or together with family and friends.
Is there an entry fee?
No, taking part in the 30-Day Run challenge is free!
Is there a fundraising target?
There is no fundraising target for this challenge – we just ask you to raise as much as you can for families affected by dementia.
How do I get my free running buff?
Once you register for the challenge and set up a fundraising page, we’ll send your free running buff. Please note it may take up to two weeks to arrive.
