How do I sign up?

To sign up to the challenge, register for your FREE running buff. Simply select the distance you want
to complete and the date you want to start your 30 day challenge

When you register , your fundraising page will be automatically created for you.

Where and when is the challenge?

This is a virtual challenge so you can do it when and where suits you. You can do it in your local area,
park or gym. You can do it together with your friends and family.

Is there an entry fee?

No, taking part in the 30 day running challenge is free!

Is there a fundraising target?

There is no fundraising target for this challenge – we just ask you to raise as much as you can for
families affected by dementia.

How do I get my free running buff?

Once you register for the challenge and set up a fundraising page, we’ll send your free running buff.
Please note it may take up to two weeks to arrive

Can I raise money offline with a sponsorship form?

You certainly can! We’ll send you a sponsorship form in your fundraising pack, but if you need more – or you want to get started straight away – you can download and print additional copies here.

How can I send in sponsorship money I’ve collected offline?

The easiest way to send cash donations to Dementia UK is by donating to your online fundraising page. Alternatively, you can:

Please email virtualevents@dementiauk.org for your supporter reference number.

Send in a cheque made payable to Dementia UK. Enclose a note including your full name, the email
address that you used to register for your running buff, and an explanation that you raised the money for the 30-Day Running Challenge. Post it to us at:
