Wednesday 12th Nov

1.3k swam last night. As many of you will have seen, we lost my mother in law to this awful disease on Friday. Which makes me a whole more determined to smash this.

November is here!!

Saturday 1st Nov

All the training over the past 2 months has come to an end and it’s time to begin our 10k swimathon!

Mum & I will be up bright and early tomorrow to try and get in our first swim when the pool opens!
