Thursday 20th Nov
Well Dawn and I have slogged our way through 3 weeks of swimming twice a week, 4300 metres completed with 700 metres left to go! Bit of a cold one tonight which  obviously put off others venturing into pool  as was quiet but we are made of sterner stuff lol. 

First Day of Swim Challenge!

Monday 3rd Nov
Well Dawn and I swam our hearts out tonight. Personal best of 32 lengths which is 800 m ! Shows what we can do when we swim more and talk less lol . Onwards and upwards!
