I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Day 30
Sunday 30th Nov So it’s the last day of my challenge. Ive hit my original goals early 20 miles & £500, so as you know I increased the challenge to 30+ miles & hopefully £1000. I know I’m very close to 30 miles & would be mega happy if the new donation target could be reached.

Thursday 27th Nov Well I’m not to far away from reaching my personal goal of 30miles !!
14th Swim
Saturday 15th Nov Missed yesterday’s swim due to canoe club being in.
Sneaked a swim in
Thursday 13th Nov Big thanks to my local pool DM that allowed me to sneak in a 1200m after helping coach my local SLS Club

Wednesday 12th Nov WOW !! what can I say. So much love and support from you all. It’s means so so much to me, & inspires me to go and swim that little bit more.
8th swim in 9 days.
Sunday 9th Nov Hi all, have just swam my 8th mile. Wrist is sore , but determined to keep going and raise as much as I can by breaking the 20mile challenge
