Sunday 30th Nov🌊 Dementia UK 5K Sponsored Swim – Completed! 🌊
I’m so proud to share that together we absolutely smashed our 5K swimming target for Dementia UK! 💙
Our fundraising goal was £250… and thanks to everyone’s kindness and support, we raised an incredible £433! 🥳
Dementia UK is a cause very close to all our hearts, and knowing this money will help families receive specialist Admiral Nurse support makes every length worth it.
