I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. Dementia is a cruel illness and not only impacts the person with Dementia, but their whole family too.
Me and my wonderful husband are swimming 5k each, in honour of my grandparents.
I would be so grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
