Thursday 5th Nov Lisa and I swam again today !!A different pool (20m not 15m) today !
70 laps totalling 1400m
Total altogether after 2 swims 2750m !! 🎉
First Swim Session
Tuesday 3rd Nov Lisa and I did our first 90 laps of the Nirvana Pulse 8 pool ….. equivalent to 1,350 metres !!Only 910 laps to go !!!
