Play 36 holes with friends on a day of your choice. Raise vital funds and provide specialist dementia nursing support and advice for more families. Your support is life-changing. No one should have to face dementia alone.

Organising your challenge is simple. Here’s how it works:
1. Sign up and get your team together: play with friends, family or colleagues.
2. Choose your course and date: pick a course you love and a day that works for you.
3. Set up your fundraising page: share it far and wide – £250 could fund one day of support from an Admiral Nurse.
4. Get prepared: clubs, balls, tees, scorecard, sunscreen – make sure you’re ready for the day.
5. Share your story: post your photos and celebrate your achievement to inspire others.

"My mother-in-law was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2022 at the age of 81, and since then we’ve seen how dementia gradually takes hold from small memory lapses to now not always recognising who we are, though she still lights up when she sees us. Seeing the impact on our family is why I took part in The 36 Hole Golf Challenge last year and why I’d encourage others to sign up and get involved"

Ian Holt, organised The 36 Hole Challenge at his golf club in St Helen's
