Fundraising and challenge FAQs
How do I sign up?
Sign up to the challenge HERE, to receive your free swimming cap. Simply select the distance you want to complete and the date you want to start your 30-day challenge on.
When you register, your fundraising page will be automatically created for you.
Where and when is the challenge?
This is a virtual challenge so you can do it when and where suits you. You can do it in your local pool or an open water spot. If you can, why not gather your friends and family, and take on the challenge together.
We do ask you select a start date within the next six weeks, so we can best support you throughout your month of swimming!
Is there an entry fee?
No, taking part in the 30-day swimming challenge is free!
Is there a fundraising target?
There is no fundraising target for this challenge – we just ask you to raise as much as you can for families affected by dementia.
How do I get my free swimming cap?
Once you register for the challenge and set up a fundraising page, we’ll send your free swimming cap. Please note it may take up to two weeks to arrive.
