I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Thursday 9th Oct Not only is this a great charity but one I hold very close to my heart having lost my Gramps to dementia in 2018. Therefore this challenge will be in memory of him and to help fight for a better future of those suffering. ShareThank you to my Sponsors

Well done Zoe! I lost my Dad to vascular dementia. It was so hard seeing him lose himself. Though we loved him to the end, we lost him along time before that. Heart breaking disease. Go Zoe!!
