I would like to complete this swim for my mother diagnosed with vascular dementia, my Uncle Alex diagnosed with Alzheimers and to any one else, friends and others who have been affected by this cruel illness.

Anything to aid in the support of the amazing nurses working daily with patients suffering deserve the best from me.

I’m sorry to hear about your mum Yaz, my dad has also been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s it’s a horrible disease. Hope your mum is doing ok. Thinking of you! Best of luck with the swim. Xx
