I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
This cause is deeply personal to me and my family, as my mum is living with advanced dementia. 💙
This November, I’m taking on the 20km Swim Challenge for Dementia UK to raise funds for families affected by dementia.
Every donation makes a difference — £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, giving a family practical advice and emotional support when they need it most.
