I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
My Mum died this year after suffering 6+ years' dementia. Her brother, my uncle, also died from this horrible disease a few years ago. I'm swimming 10k in November in memory of Mum and Uncle John, to raise funds to help other families who support their relations.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
