Well it all kicks off on Monday for me, I will take to the pool and begin my journey.

Tuesday 25th Nov I have to report that at 9.4 kms I have had to bring my swim to an end.

Wednesday 5th Nov 40 lengths today feel like I’m getting into the swing now.
First swim
Tuesday 4th Nov First swim on Monday, amazingly I swam 30 lengths and considering this was the first time in the pool for 2 years, I felt quite pleased with myself!Thank you to my Sponsors
