Swimming for Dementia…We are taking part in the November Swim Challenge
My son Lewin (aged 10) and I are taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia.
We have watched both of my parents battle with dementia, it’s been a tough journey and we would be grateful for your support to help other families affected by this cruel disease. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
Our challenge is 15k each in November… we’ve got this!!!!

Saturday 29th Nov Such a great day today! We passed the 15km mark today with £1052 raised. THANK YOU EVERYONE for your support and encouragement ❤️❤️❤️ we took a trip to Northamptonshire to share the new with Granny Belle / mum which made all the early starts and late evenings worthwhile! She enjoyed celebrating with us today 🥳🥳🥳 thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕 Share
