I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
My mums got Vascular Dementia and Alzheimer’s so I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK to raise funds for families affected by dementia. I’ve signed up to swim 10km during November. I’ll be doing this at my gyms pool so it equates to 400 lengths. I would be grateful for your support. Any amount no matter how small is appreciated.
