I'm taking part in the November 15k

i've set myself a big challenge to swim 15k in support of Dementia UK,a charity that means so much to me.
Dementia affects so many families and seeing the impact it has on loved ones is heartbreaking. The specialist nurses and support that the Dementia UK provides. Making such a difference to people living with dementia and their carers, offering comfort, guidance, and hope when its most needed.
I wanted to do something that would push me physically and mentally while also giving back to a cause that truly matters.
Every donation,no matter how small, will help more families get the support they deserve.
