We're swimming for Dementia UK

This November, we're  swimming and raising funds for families affected by dementia. We are taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
