I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

A Swimmers Mile
Saturday 22nd Nov Managed to get 66 lengths added today, so chuffed I swam a mile today. Never thought I would do that during this challenge . Support is invaluable thank you everyone.
