Winter illness

Monday 17th Nov
I've had to out the swimming on hold owing to a throat infection! I will pick it back up once I am feeling better! 

Weight training day

Saturday 8th Nov
Its important to engage in a range of activities. Saturday is my weight training day! I haven't been for a few weeks but I'm proud of my effort today and it's motivated to get me back to it! Swimming will resume on Monday!

Week one

Friday 7th Nov
Week one of the challenge is nearly over. I didn't manage to swim as planned due to weekend away and other commitments  this week. I have walked though and recorded this. Next week will include more swimming!
