I'm walking 30 miles in September

I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Tuesday 2nd Sep
Today we started our 30 miles  for September walk. We managed to walk 2.4 miles, not bad seeing that I suffer with fibromyalgia so I'm in chronic pain most days. I also had abnominal surgery in July for ovarian cysts so still in recovery. In my team their is myself, my Son Jack and my sister Becki. Let's see how many miles we can do tomorrow..
