Hi all,  
I’ve chose to do this challenge, as sadly I lost my mum to dementia in lockdown, and am hearing of so many of my friends parents suffering with this awful condition , 
I think it’s the least I can do! 
On a personal level, I’m just recovering from a frozen shoulder, quite a challenge putting a bra on with it! (Sorry if to much info), 
Please, anything you can spare will help,
