I’ve just completed my final 6km run this morning, bringing my total to 131km for the #Run100kmInFebruary challenge! 🎉🏃♂️💨

Every step has been for Dementia UK, helping to provide vital care and support for those affected by dementia. This challenge has been especially important to me as dementia is a syndrome close to my heart—particularly Lewy body dementia, which has had devastating effects on those affected. I’m not sure I would have made it this far without your support! 💙
