I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge

I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. The charity has been amazing in supporting my Dad, who is living with dementia, and my family with advice and practical support. He has faced every challenge with humour and determination and we're all so proud of him. He is enjoying life, taking each day as it comes and the best sign of all, still taking the mickey out of us.

This is the first time I have attempted something like this and while I enjoy swimming this is a real challenge, so wish me luck!
