Hi all,

Thank you all for your support, I’m preparation I am setting up my routine ready to take on my November challenge.

The last few months I have been going swimming each week, and over the next few weeks I will be going swimming more each week, my goal is to go at least 3 times a week.

Each time swimming my aim is to complete 32 laps which is half a mile, and hopefully to swim more than the 32 laps each time.

I swam Monday completed 32 laps, yesterday I completed 40 laps, aiming to swim again tomorrow and to aim to swim 48 which is 2/3 of a mile!

It’s a lot a may take time but all laps completed will get me ready for November!

Swim challenge

Hi all,

At the start of this year I wanted to get more healthy and get more active.

I completed a step challenge in Feb 2025 and committed to doing 10,000 steps everyday and raised £300.

I want to keep my motivation and have signed up to a swim challenge, I aim to complete 10k, which is 400 lengths of a pool.
