I'm taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge
I’m walking 75 miles with my dog this October and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Tuesday 21st Oct After a few days of no motivation and strava playing up I'm back on it. 6.6 miles complete today. Absolutely over the moon with the amount of kindness and generosity. £454 raised to help the lives of so many. Share

Monday 13th Oct Feeling absolutely rubbish haven't covered many miles this weekend, haven't logged them on strava. It's taken all my energy to walk to the park this morning.
