What dementia means to me!

Hi there,
My names shay and for the past 2 years I’ve worked in care. While working in care I’ve met some incredible individuals, some of which suffer with dementia and Alzheimer’s. I see the struggles they go through each day, every morning not remembering where they are or who their family’s are. This November i have signed myself up to complete a 5k  swim to raise money for Dementia UK. Your support is much appreciated and valued.
