I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK
This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.
Thank you!

Remembering our roots
Sunday 23rd AugWe are Remembering Our Roots — walking 30 miles throughout September to raise money for Dementia UK.
This cause is incredibly close to our hearts. In April this year, we sadly lost our beautiful Great Grandma, after she suffered with dementia. 💔
Our journey is even more personal as our Grandad is currently at the end of his life, having also suffered with dementia. Watching someone you love face this cruel illness is something that is incredibly difficult to put into words.
We’re walking these 30 miles in memory of those we have lost, for those still living with dementia, and for the families who are facing the journey alongside them. Every mile, every step and every donation will mean so much to us. 🥹💜
🌳 Remembering the past.
💜 Honouring those we love.
👣 Supporting the future.
We hope that by sharing our story and taking on this challenge, we can raise as much as possible for Dementia UK and help make a difference to families affected by dementia.
30 miles. One team. One very special cause.
Every step is for someone we love. 💜🌳👣
