I'm running 100K for Dementia UK
This February, I am taking part in this challenge for my Dad. He has been living with Dementia for 6 years, and it breaks our hearts a little more each day as we lose parts of him. Through this challenge, I hope to raise awareness and any funding for this worthy cause, to support families like mine who are going through similar struggles.
