I'm taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge
I’m walking 75 miles with my dog this October and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
Thank you!

Tired paws and tired people
Sunday 5th Oct Despite having the lurgie all week, Henry and I have managed 13 miles in 5 day. Mollie and Eddie are doing great, loving the extra miles and new routes for their sniff safaris. Even Millie’s little legs managed the nearly 5 miles today :) Share
Day 1
Wednesday 1st Oct Why am I doing this? Having worked in elderly care as an occupational therapist for over 20 years I have seen the significant impact dementia can have on people and their families. Having also experienced this impact in my wider family I want to take this opportunity to wave the flag for the amazing charity that Dementia UK is. Molly and Eddie aren’t going to know what’s hit them :) ShareThank you to my Sponsors
