30k Swim

Monday 20th Oct
I’ve decided to take part in this swim to raise money and awareness for Dementia UK. 
My Dad was diagnosed with Dementia in 2013 and our family have witnessed first hand what this cruel disease can do. 
I’ve recently attended a funeral for one of our dear customers who sadly lost his life to Dementia and he was my biggest supporter in all of my charity swims so I felt it only right to take part in this swim. The swim challenge is actually to swim either 5k, 10k or 15k but I personally want to challenge myself to swim 30k. 
My aim is to swim 30k during the month of November. I will record each swim on my Apple Watch and hopefully get fit in the process! 
Please  donate as much or as little as you can, I’ll keep you updated on my progress.
