Sai is taking part in the November Swim Challenge!

Hi everyone,

This November, Sai is taking part in the Swim for Dementia UK Challenge, swimming 10km in honour of his Great Grandmother, Santosh, who is bravely living with dementia — and for all the thousands of families affected by dementia every day.

I’m also raising funds to support Dementia UK, whose specialist Admiral Nurses provide practical advice and emotional support to families facing this difficult journey.

💙 £33 could fund an hour with an Admiral Nurse — making a real difference for a family in need.
