10K November Swim Challenge
I’m taking part in the 10K November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and trying to raise funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support!
Having worked with people living with Dementia, it holds a special place in my heart. I’ve also seen the impact it has through family members and friends loved ones, which makes it even more meaningful to me.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
