I'm walking 62 Miles in October

I’m walking 62 Miles in October and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.

An £10 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Sunday 5th Oct
I said to myself when ever I wake up in the morning I will get some solid miles in.. 5:30am I left the house and went for it through a fair bit of wind and couple short showers but was worth it just past 15 miles  and home in time to spend the day with the wife and children :) 

And we are off

Thursday 2nd Oct
Got out for the first walk and had the wonderful company of my wife and 2 of our children  :) covering  7.48 miles to get us off the mark
