Lovely afternoon after a pub lunch. Walking through the park before we visit mum. She is still fighting on. Last visit I had a smile and a little chuckle. Mum enjoying her milkshakes and ice cream 🍦

I'm dedicating this sponsored walk to my mum. Wendy Miles who in her struggles still manages to smile.

She is unfortunately receiving palliative care now. Throughout this dementia journey she has remained kind and graceful. Her love for her family shines on. My mum is a warrior and my role model.!

Her care home are out of this world and support her and my family so well. We are truly grateful for.

Dementia runs through all the family members on my mum's side. This charity runs so close to us. I hope I can help others going through this beast of a disease and make it easier through their journeys 🩵🩷
