During a 90-minute match, 30 people in the UK will develop dementia. We're calling on football fans to sign up for Fans vs Dementia and organise a sponsored walk to a ground of your choice.

How to take part?
1. Pick a date, choose a route and get your mates together to unite against dementia.

3. Raise £380 and we'll send you iron-on letters to personalise your top. This could fund 15 hours of free Helpline support from a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse. 🥅
