I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. Myself and many others have been affected by this awful disease and I would be grateful for your support!
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
