I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
This November I’ve made swimming my entire personality and I’ve taken on there November Swim Challenge to raise money for Dementia UK — a cause very close to my heart.
My baa (grandma) passed away this summer after living with dementia. It’s been a difficult time for my family, and I want to do something positive in her memory by supporting others affected by this condition.
