I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Saturday 25th Oct Very sadly the swimming pool in Cardigan is closed..so a 25 minute drive to Crymch or Newcastle Emlyn pools ! Two trips a week for each of the four weeks of November ...25 lengths each visit. ...that will do it.! Now does the timetable say 8.10 AM or 8.15 PM for adult swimming ??
