November 10k Swim Challenge - Dementia UK
Hello there. I’m doing the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK . This has been inspired by, and is to raise funds for, those who have been affected by dementia.

Proceeds provide crucial dementia care, funding specialist Admiral Nurses who help families with practical solutions and emotional support.

Thursday 13th Nov Got to the 5K half way point today. Since taking this challenge it’s amazing how many people I’ve met whose lives have been impacted by dementia. It’s really helped me to understand the importance of Dementia UK. Huge thanks to the brilliant people who have donated. It really does make a difference to others’ lives.
