I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Dementia swim
Monday 2nd NovAs some of you may already know, my family received some devastating news back in 2025 when my beautiful mum was diagnosed with dementia. ❤️
This cruel and incurable illness changes a person in so many ways, and it's heartbreaking to watch someone you love go through it.
So, this November, I've decided to challenge myself to swim 35km throughout the month to help raise money for an incredible charity, Dementia UK, who do such amazing work supporting families affected by this awful disease.
I would be so grateful for any donations, no matter how big or small. Every single penny makes a difference and will help support this amazing cause.
