I'm walking 31 Miles in May for Dementia UK

This May, I’m walking 31 miles for Dementia UK in memory of my grandad, who we sadly lost in February. 💙

Watching someone you love live with dementia is incredibly hard, not just for them but for the whole family. No family should have to face that journey alone, which is why I wanted to do something that could help others going through the same experience.

Dementia UK’s specialist Admiral Nurses provide practical advice, reassurance and emotional support when families need it most. Just £33 could fund an hour of support for a family coping with the challenges of dementia.

If you’re able to donate, big or small, it really would mean a lot. Every contribution helps make sure more families get the support they deserve.

Thank you so much for supporting me, and for helping honour my grandad’s memory. 💫

Hi Natalie, a wonderful cause. Sorry for your loss and I understand exactly what you are going through. I lost my Dad to dementia 2 years ago and am also doing the 1 mile a day for Dementia walk xxx
