I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge

It’s winter swim challenge time again and this year I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. It is a cause close to my heart as two of my family are affected and I know many of you know people who are or who have been affected.

I would be grateful for your support…. I know times are hard and Christmas is around the corner but anything you can spare would be much appreciated 😊.

Last November I swam around 2.5km so 5km will definitely be a challenge! Here’s hoping the weather will be kind to me!

Thank you! 😊

Great charity. Dementia is slowly stealing the bits that make my mother in law herself. Heartbreaking watching her trying to understand what’s going on and watching my father in law loose someone he’s been married to for 63 years. You are doing an amazing job xx
