I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Way to complete the challenge
Tuesday 21st Oct This is how I plan to complete the 15000 M swim challenge in November.Grangemouth swimming pool is 25 metres long ,so 40 lengths is 1000 metres so I aim to complete it in 15 swims,I will post my progress as I go along. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
