I'm running for Dementia UK

This February, I'm going to be taking part in the ‘Dementia UK Challenge’ to help raise funds for Dementia UK and help ensure no family faces dementia alone.

My aim is to run 100km or 62 miles during February and I will post updates after every run I complete.

Having seen my lovely Mum go through this brutal disease over several years, we slowly lost her and then we lost her again, I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Please know that your donation, however big or small, makes a difference.

For example, just £8 can cover the telephone costs for two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline.
