I'm walking 30 miles in September
I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Park Run
Saturday 6th Sep We walked part of the California Country Park parkrun today, lovely day. We managed 3 miles with a few stops. Share
A little rain
Tuesday 2nd Sep We timed it slightly too early to get the blue skies, but it wasn't too bad.Focus on just around the local area at the moment and will lengthen the time/distance as we strengthen our legs.
Dodged the rain clouds
Monday 1st Sep We went for a gentle start after a long drive to and from Essex to visit mum in the nursing home.Mum's very frail now at the 91.5 year marker.
Time to charge up watch ready for tomorrow.
