I'm taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge

I’m walking 75 miles with my dog this October and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Hi all just wanted to thank everyone for their support, from donations, car beeps, words of encouragement & to the strangers we pass who stop & make a fuss of Murphy . With just 1 week to go we are on track for reaching our goal of 75 miles.

As many people know, back in May 2023 my family sadly lost our Queen, my wonderful & inspiring Nanna. My Nan had suffered dementia for a number of years & although she may not of known where she was or what day we were on she never lost her whit or funny sense of humour that she was known for by everyone who knew her. I will be taking on this challenge in her memory
