I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge in memory of Hazel Lindsay
I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I'm swimming in memory of the lovely Hazel Lindsay. She spent a lot of time volunteering at the pool I swim at helping people with disabilities to still be able to enjoy exercising in water.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
